Yes. The conversation and the report are free. We ask for your email so we can send the report and stay in touch. If you want to go deeper afterwards, GloCoach offers paid workshops, online seminars, OBA assessments, Talent GPS, and Advisory Coaching.

Anyone navigating their career. We tune the conversation to three stages: Beginner (early-career, first-jobbers, students), Mid-Manager (leading a team or function), and Senior Leader (leading leaders).

25 to 35 minutes. Three phases, one per pillar. You can pause and come back within 24 hours.

Your conversation is processed by Anthropic's Claude API to generate your report and is not used to train any model. We store your report so you can come back to it. We never share your conversation publicly. See our privacy page for details.

Each report ends with two recommended next steps from GloCoach, tuned to your stage and the heaviest gap your conversation surfaced. You can ignore them, or take one. Either way, the report is yours to keep.
